Cooking Class

Immerse yourself in the Apulian tradition and rediscover the authentic flavors of our land, through recipes passed down over time and traditional techniques. You will be guided by professionals who will accompany you step by step in the preparation of fresh pasta, pizza and focaccia. Among aromas, hands-on activity and the rhythm of pizzica and taranta, you will enjoy an engaging and genuine experience.

Yoga and Massage Time

Take a moment to slow down and reconnect with your balance. Yoga sessions, suitable for all levels, guide you through a path of awareness and well-being, helping you regenerate both body and mind. To complete the experience, relaxing treatments such as yoga massage and aromatherapy are available.
